“2021 Campaign” Campaign Terms and Conditions
1) By taking part in this campaign, entrants are deemed to have read and understood and accepted all the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
2) To participate in this campaign, you have to name 2 persons in a comment under the Campaign post posted by Dr. Hazem’s Clinic’s Facebook profile.
The campaign runs from 1st of December 2021 to 31st of January 2022.
3) On a random principle we will choose 3 winners which have fulfilled the criteria in point 2 above and they will be announced under their own comments under the campaign post on 31st of January. Entries made anywhere else will not be accepted. Any incomplete entries or entries received after that date will not be considered.
4) The campaign is open to residents of all European countries ‐ excluding Dr. Hazem’s Clinic’s employees, all contractors and their families, anyone directly connected with the clinic.
5) The prizes are 3 sets of 2 electrical toothbrushes Philips Sonicare HX6232/41
that could be won by 3 different participants.
6) Multiple entries per person are allowed with different tagged people in each comment.
7) Winners should contact the Organizers via Dr Hazem’s Clinic’s Facebook profile.
8) The winners should respond to claim their prize within 10 days from the date it is announced. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
9) No purchase is necessary, however you will need an internet connection and a Facebook account. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
10) We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
11) The prize is non‐transferable, non‐refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
12) Dr. Hazem’s Clinic reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend the prize draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to the entrant.
13) The decisions of Dr. Hazem’s Clinic are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14) By taking part in this campaign, all participants consent to Dr. Hazem’s clinic to collect, store and use any personal data submitted for the purpose of contacting winners of this campaign only. Personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current GDPR data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on https://drhazem.eu/en/
15) This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any third party including Facebook. You are providing your information to Dr. Hazem’s clinic and not to any other party.
These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force from 01.12.2021.
